The W3130-300RJI from Bourns is a 300mA fast-acting chip fuse in 1206 SMD package. 63VDC rated voltage and 50A breaking capacity. Opens within 0.01-0.3s at 300% rated current. Compatible with standard SMT assembly.

Thin metallic element on ceramic substrate. Below 300mA current flows freely. Overcurrent causes I2R heating that melts and vaporizes the element, opening the circuit. Ceramic substrate and arc-quenching filler ensure safe interruption at up to 50A.
