The ERJ-1TYJ390U from Panasonic is a 39 ohm 5% thick film chip resistor in 0402 (1.0×0.5mm) package. 39 ohm is used for series damping on clock and high-speed signal lines, LED current limiting, and I/O series termination. 5% tolerance for general-purpose applications.

Thick film resistive paste on alumina, trimmed to 39 ohm within 5%. The 5% tolerance (J) is adequate for damping and current limiting applications where exact resistance is less critical than for precision dividers. Lower cost than 1% parts for non-critical applications.
