The 1-1452688-3 from TE Connectivity is a NanoMQS series sealed automotive connector with 0.64mm contact pitch. IP67 rated when mated for harsh environment protection. The NanoMQS system provides high-density signal connections with 1.0A per contact and 48V rating. TPA (Terminal Position Assurance) and CPA (Connector Position Assurance) ensure reliable mating in vibration-prone automotive applications.

The NanoMQS connector uses a 0.64mm contact system with pre-stamped contacts that provide normal force and wipe during mating. The seal system uses silicone cavity plugs and an interface seal to achieve IP67. TPA secondary lock prevents contact backout, while CPA prevents accidental unmating of the connector pair.
