The CSS1604LS-LI is a 16Mbit (2M x 8-bit) Quad-SPI Pseudo-SRAM from Cascadeteq in SOP-8L (150mil) package with industrial temperature range. Operating at 1.62V to 3.6V with SPI/QPI interfaces and clock rates up to 133 MHz, it features self-managed refresh, configurable wrap burst lengths, and programmable output drive. It serves as a domestic (Chinese) alternative to imported PSRAM chips like the LY68L6400 and APS6404L.

Serial pseudo-SRAM with internal DRAM array and self-refresh. SPI mode transfers data via SI/SO; QPI mode uses all four SIO lines for 4x bandwidth. Internal refresh controller autonomously maintains DRAM cells. Configurable wrap burst (16/32/64/512 bytes) and linear 512-byte burst provide access pattern flexibility. Programmable output drive (50/100/200Ω) for signal integrity tuning.
