The DL-3900N is a multi-channel digital optocoupler from Isocom providing 5000 Vrms isolation rating for high-voltage industrial applications. Multiple isolated channels in a single package reduce component count in motor drives, inverters, and power electronics. High CTR (50-300%) ensures reliable switching over temperature and time. Wide -40°C to +100°C temperature range supports demanding industrial environments.

Multi-channel optocoupler with infrared LEDs on the input side optically coupled to phototransistors on the output side. Each channel provides independent galvanic isolation through optically transparent, electrically insulating barriers. The 5000 Vrms rating ensures safe isolation in high-voltage motor drive and inverter applications where common-mode voltages can exceed 1000V. CTR (Current Transfer Ratio) determines the minimum input LED current required to drive the output transistor.
