The 74HC7014D,118 from Nexperia is a hex precision Schmitt-trigger inverter in SOIC-14 package. The 7014 is a precision variant of the 74HC14 with tighter hysteresis threshold specifications for more predictable switching. 2V-6V HC family operation. 6 independent Schmitt-trigger inverters for noise rejection on slow or noisy signals. -40 to 125C industrial temperature range.

Each of the 6 channels is a CMOS inverter with Schmitt-trigger input using positive feedback for two switching thresholds (VT+ and VT-). The precision 7014 variant has tighter threshold tolerances than the standard 74HC14, ensuring more consistent switching across temperature and supply voltage. The hysteresis prevents output chatter on slow input edges and provides noise immunity.
