The ADuM1411ARWZ-RL7 from Analog Devices is a 3/1 digital isolator supporting data rates up to 150Mbps in a SO-16W package. Using iCoupler technology, it provides 2500V rms galvanic isolation without optocouplers.

The iCoupler technology uses chip-scale microtransformers on a polyimide insulation layer. Data is transmitted across the isolation barrier by pulsing current through the primary coil, inducing a voltage in the secondary coil.
