The APS1604M-3SQR-SN is a 64Mbit (8M x 8-bit) Serial Pseudo-SRAM from Alliance Memory (APMemory) operating at 3.0V to 3.6V with SPI/QPI interfaces and clock rates up to 104 MHz. It is a drop-in replacement for the Lyontek LY68L6400SLIT and ESP-PSRAM64H, providing stable supply availability from Mouser. Self-managed refresh, SOP-8 package, and pin compatibility make it a seamless alternative when the LY68L6400 is unavailable.

Serial pseudo-SRAM with internal DRAM array and self-refresh. SPI mode: serial transfer via SI/SO. QPI mode: 4x bandwidth via all four SIO lines. Internal refresh controller manages DRAM cell refresh autonomously. Linear burst crosses page boundaries; 32-byte wrapped burst stays within page. Software reset restores default state.
