The CSR0603FK50L0 from Vishay is a 50 mOhm 1% metal strip current sense resistor in 0603 (1.6×0.8mm) package. Metal strip construction provides low inductance (<1nH) for accurate high-frequency current measurement. 0.25W power rating for 2.24A full-scale current (Vsense = 112mV). 1% tolerance for accurate current measurement.

A solid metal alloy strip (manganin or NiCr) is bonded between two copper terminals. The metal strip has precisely controlled geometry for 50 mOhm resistance. The low-TCR alloy minimizes resistance change with temperature. The four-terminal (Kelvin) layout in 0603 enables accurate voltage measurement by separating current and sense paths.
