The ISO7330CDW from TI is a 3-channel digital isolator providing 3000Vrms galvanic isolation with 25Mbps data rate. The high 70kV/us CMTI makes it suitable for noisy motor drive and industrial environments. The SOIC-16 package provides a compact isolation solution.

The ISO7330 uses silicon-dioxide (SiO2) insulation between input and output sides. Each channel consists of a modulator on the input side and a demodulator on the output side, connected through the isolation barrier. The modulator encodes digital input into high-frequency pulses that cross the barrier via on-chip capacitors. The demodulator reconstructs the digital signal on the isolated side.
