The KTR10EZPF2001 from Rohm is a 2 kOhm precision metal film through-hole resistor from the KTR10 series. The metal film technology delivers +/-1% tolerance and +/-50 ppm/degC TCR for stable and accurate resistance in precision analog circuits. With low noise, low voltage coefficient, and flame-retardant coating, it is suitable for op-amp gain-setting, measurement circuits, and audio signal paths. The 0.5 W power rating and 250 V working voltage support a wide range of precision applications.

The KTR10 series uses a nichrome metal film resistive element deposited on a ceramic rod. The film is helically trimmed to achieve the target 2 kOhm resistance within +/-1% tolerance. The metal film provides inherently low noise and low voltage coefficient compared to carbon film alternatives. The flame-retardant silicone coating protects the resistive element and provides electrical insulation. The axial leaded package allows easy through-hole mounting on standard PCBs.
