The LM2903BIDR from TI is a dual general-purpose comparator in SOIC-8 package. 2V-30V supply range for flexible system design. 40ns large-signal response time for fast comparison. Push-pull output (B-grade improvement over original open-collector) eliminates the need for an external pull-up resistor. +-4mV input offset voltage for accurate threshold detection. -40 to 125C industrial temperature range.

Each comparator has two inputs (inverting and non-inverting) and one push-pull output. When V+ > V-, the output is high (near VCC). When V+ < V-, the output is low (near GND). The 40ns response time is achieved by a fast bipolar output stage. The push-pull output (B-grade) actively drives both high and low, unlike the original LM2903 open-collector output that requires an external pull-up resistor. Input common-mode range includes ground.
