The LT1354IS8 is a single high-speed operational amplifier from Analog Devices (formerly Linear Technology) featuring 12 MHz gain bandwidth product and 400 V/µs slew rate while consuming only 1.25 mA maximum supply current. The proprietary C-Load™ compensation allows the amplifier to drive any capacitive load while maintaining stability. With 10 nV/√Hz input noise voltage density and 800 µV maximum offset voltage, the LT1354 provides excellent DC and AC performance for a wide range of signal processing applications.

The LT1354 uses a complementary bipolar process with a proprietary frequency compensation scheme that allows it to achieve 12 MHz bandwidth and 400 V/µs slew rate while driving capacitive loads without oscillation. The C-Load™ compensation network maintains stability by adjusting the amplifier response when driving heavy capacitive loads. The output stage can drive 500 Ω loads to ±12 V swing. The fast settling time of 230 ns to 0.1% makes it suitable for driving ADC inputs in data acquisition systems.
