The LTST-S326KGJRKT from Lite-On is a green SMD LED in 0603 (1.6×0.8mm) package. 570nm dominant wavelength for pure green indication. 80mcd typical luminous intensity at 20mA for bright, visible indicators. 120 degree wide viewing angle for off-axis visibility. 2V forward voltage for direct 3.3V MCU drive.

工作原理：LTST-S326KGJRKT 工作原理

An InGaN/GaN LED chip on a ceramic submount. When forward biased, electrons and holes recombine in the InGaN active region, emitting photons at ~570nm (green). The 0603 package uses a reflective cavity and clear epoxy for wide 120-degree light distribution. The low 2V VF is compatible with 3.3V GPIO direct drive.
