The LY62L12816BML-45SLI is a 2Mbit (128K x 16-bit) ultra-low-power CMOS SRAM from Lyontek Inc. operating at 2.7V to 3.6V with 45 ns access time. It features byte-wise control via LB# and UB# signals and ultra-low standby current for battery-backed and low-power embedded applications.

Fully static asynchronous SRAM with 16-bit data bus and byte control. Six-transistor CMOS cells retain data without refresh. LB#/UB# control individual byte lane access. Data retention at 1.5V supports battery backup.
