The LY62L12816ML-70LLI is a 2Mbit (128K x 16-bit) low-power CMOS SRAM from Lyontek Inc. operating at 2.7V to 3.6V with 70 ns access time and industrial temperature range. It features upper/lower byte control and ultra-low standby current, offering 2x density over the LY62L6416 in the same 44-pin TSOP II package for battery-backed and low-power embedded applications.

Fully static asynchronous SRAM with 16-bit data bus and byte control. Six-transistor CMOS cells retain data without refresh. LB#/UB# control individual byte lane access. Read/write follow standard async SRAM timing with 70ns access. Data retention at 1.5V supports battery backup in industrial temperature environments.
