It features upper/lower byte control via LB# and UB# signals and ultra-low standby current of 3 µA typical, making it suitable for battery-backed and low-power embedded applications in industrial environments.

Fully static asynchronous SRAM with 16-bit data bus. LB# and UB# signals control individual byte lanes for flexible 8-bit or 16-bit access. Read: CE# low, OE# low — data appears after 70ns. Write: CE# low, WE# low with byte select. Standby: CE# high — ultra-low power mode with microampere current. Data retention maintained down to 1.5V for battery backup.
