The MCT06030D3322BP100 from Vishay Beyschlag is a 33.2 kOhm precision thin film chip resistor from the MCT series in an 0603 package. The NiCr thin film element provides ultra-tight +/-0.1% tolerance and +/-25 ppm/degC TCR for precision analog applications. The MCT series delivers excellent long-term stability, low current noise, and low voltage coefficient, making it ideal for precision voltage dividers, feedback networks, and gain-setting circuits in measurement and instrumentation systems.

The MCT0603 uses a sputtered nichrome thin film resistive layer on a high-purity alumina substrate. The film is laser-trimmed to achieve the exact 33.2 kOhm resistance within +/-0.1% tolerance. A protective passivation layer covers the resistive element for environmental protection and long-term stability. The Ni barrier beneath the Sn termination prevents solder leaching. The homogeneous crystalline structure of the thin film element provides low noise, low voltage coefficient, and excellent stability over time and temperature.
