The MX25L6433FM2I-08G from Macronix is a 64Mbit Serial NOR Flash with quad SPI at 133MHz. With flexible erase granularity, Suspend/Resume, Secured OTP, and 100K erase cycle endurance, it provides reliable non-volatile storage for embedded and industrial applications.

The MX25L6433F is organized as 32768 programmable pages of 256 bytes. Erase operations apply to 4KB sectors, 32KB/64KB blocks, or the entire chip. Quad SPI mode uses 4 data lines for command, address, and data transfer. Suspend/Resume allows interrupting erase cycles for urgent read operations. The Secured OTP area provides 8Kb of one-time-programmable storage for unique identification.
