The NEO-7N-0-002 from u-blox is a standalone GNSS receiver module supporting GPS, GLONASS, and QZSS constellations in a 16×12.2mm LCC form factor. With 50 acquisition channels, 2.5m CEP autonomous accuracy, and 1s hot start, it delivers reliable positioning for automotive and industrial tracking applications. The 20mA tracking current and 25uA backup current preserve battery life. Multiple interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI, USB) provide flexible host connectivity.

The NEO-7N integrates a multi-GNSS RF front-end, baseband correlators, and a position engine. The RF LNA amplifies GPS L1 (1575.42MHz) and GLONASS L1 (1602MHz) signals. The baseband processor performs acquisition, tracking, and navigation. The position engine calculates lat/lon/alt/vel/time using Kalman filtering. Ephemeris data is stored in battery-backed SRAM for fast hot starts. NMEA and UBX protocols output position data via serial interface.
