The NTCG164BH103JT1 from TDK is a 10kΩ NTC thermistor with B-value of 3380K in a 0603 chip package. It provides accurate temperature measurement for battery monitoring, thermal management, and industrial sensing applications.

The NTC thermistor uses a metal oxide semiconductor whose resistance decreases with increasing temperature. The B-value (3380K) characterizes the resistance-temperature curve according to the Steinhart-Hart equation. At 25°C the nominal resistance is 10kΩ, decreasing predictably as temperature rises.
