The Q65112A3246 from ams-OSRAM is a warm white (~3200K) LED from the OSLON Square family in a 3030 (3.0×3.0mm) ceramic surface-mount package. With CRI 80 and 115 lumens at 350mA, it provides high-quality warm white light for automotive and general illumination. The ceramic substrate with 2.8C/W thermal resistance enables high-current operation up to 1000mA. AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications with Tj up to 150C.

The Q65112A3246 uses a blue InGaN LED chip that excites a Ce:YAG phosphor layer for warm white light generation through phosphor conversion. The ceramic (alumina) substrate provides a low-thermal-resistance path (2.8C/W) from the LED junction to the PCB, maintaining high efficiency and long lifetime at elevated operating currents and temperatures.
