The RC0402FR-0736K5L uses a thick film (or thin film where specified) resistive element deposited on a high-purity alumina substrate. The resistive layer is laser-trimmed to achieve the precise 36.5kOhm resistance with ±1% tolerance. The Ni-barrier termination with Sn plating provides reliable solder wetting and prevents silver migration. The compact 0402 (1005 Metric) package minimizes parasitic inductance and capacitance, making it suitable for both DC and high-frequency signal applications.
