The RC0402FR-073K01L uses a thick film (or thin film where specified) resistive element deposited on a high-purity alumina substrate. The resistive layer is laser-trimmed to achieve the precise 3.01kOhm resistance with ±1% tolerance. The Ni-barrier termination with Sn plating provides reliable solder wetting and prevents silver migration.
