The RCL122523K2FKEG from Vishay is a 3.2 kOhm thick film chip resistor array in a 1225 surface-mount package. The resistor array provides multiple matched resistors in a single compact footprint, reducing component count and board space compared to discrete resistors. The +/-1% tolerance ensures consistent performance across all elements. Designed for pull-up/pull-down, termination, and biasing applications, it is compatible with standard reflow soldering processes and operates over a wide temperature range of -55 to 155 degC.

The RCL series uses thick film resistor technology where metal glaze paste is screen-printed onto an alumina substrate and fired. Multiple resistive elements are patterned on the same substrate, providing inherently matched resistance values and TCR tracking between elements. The 1225 package footprint consolidates multiple resistors into one placement, reducing pick-and-place operations and improving PCB routing density. The isolation between resistor elements is maintained by the alumina substrate’s high insulation resistance.
