The SN74LVC1G332DCKR from Texas Instruments is a single 3-input NAND gate in SOT-353 (DCK) package. NAND is a universal logic function that can implement any Boolean operation. 1.65V to 5.5V supply range for mixed-voltage logic. Overvoltage tolerant inputs. +/-24mA output drive for capacitive loads.

A CMOS NAND gate: the output is low only when all three inputs are high. The pull-down network has three NMOS in series; all must be ON for output to go low. The pull-up network has three PMOS in parallel; any input low turns on a PMOS to pull output high. This implements Y = !(A & B & C).
