The TLS810D1LDV50 from Infineon is an AEC-Q100 automotive LDO regulator with fixed 5.0V output and 150mA capability. The 40V max input voltage allows direct connection to 12V/24V automotive battery without pre-regulation. 30uA quiescent current minimizes battery drain in key-off states. Enable and reset functions support system power management. DSO-8 package for automotive PCB assembly.

The TLS810 uses a PMOS pass transistor controlled by an error amplifier that compares a scaled output voltage with an internal bandgap reference. The high-voltage input stage allows operation up to 40V using a depletion-mode pre-regulator. The enable pin gates the pass transistor for <1uA standby. The reset output monitors output voltage and asserts low when VOUT drops below threshold.
