工作原理

The TOPSwitch-JX integrates a PWM controller, high-voltage start-up current source, auto-restart, and protection circuits with the power MOSFET in a single monolithic IC. The controller operates in DCM (Discontinuous Conduction Mode). Cycle-by-cycle current limit protects the MOSFET from transformer saturation and output shorts. Line-sense (L) pin provides input over-voltage, under-voltage, and feed-forward for constant power limit across input range. EcoMode reduces switching frequency at light load to minimize standby power below 100mW.
