The W25Q64JVSFIM from Winbond is a 64Mbit Serial NOR Flash with quad SPI at 133MHz. The IM suffix denotes industrial plus temperature range (-40 to 105C), making it suitable for automotive and harsh industrial environments.

Same architecture as the W25Q128JV series: 4KB sectors, quad SPI with XIP support, program suspend/resume, and security features. The 133MHz clock provides 66MB/s read throughput in quad I/O mode.
