The AC0805FR-0722KL from Yageo is a 22kΩ, 1/8W (0.125W) thick film chip resistor in an 0805 (2012 metric) surface-mount package from the AC automotive-grade series. With ±1% tolerance and ±100ppm/°C TCR, it provides reliable general-purpose resistance for automotive and industrial applications. AEC-Q200 qualified with MSL 1 moisture sensitivity level, it operates from -55°C to +155°C. The halogen-free epoxy and RoHS-compliant construction meet automotive environmental requirements.

The AC series uses thick film technology where a resistive paste is screen-printed on an alumina ceramic substrate and fired at high temperature. The fired film is laser-trimmed to achieve the precise 22kΩ resistance within ±1% tolerance. The ceramic substrate provides mechanical support and thermal dissipation. A protective glass overcoat seals the resistive element from environmental factors (moisture, contamination). The Ni/Sn termination provides reliable solder joint formation with the PCB pad.
