The DL-165 is a high-speed digital optocoupler from Isocom with 10 Mbps data rate and 3750 Vrms isolation rating. The integrated logic gate output eliminates CTR (Current Transfer Ratio) degradation concerns typical of transistor-output optocouplers. The 8-pin DIP/SOP package is pin-compatible with industry-standard high-speed optocouplers like the 6N137 and HCPL-2601.

An infrared LED on the input side emits light when forward-biased. A photodetector IC on the output side receives the optical signal and drives a high-speed logic gate output. The isolation barrier (optically transparent, electrically insulating) provides 3750 Vrms galvanic isolation. The logic gate output ensures defined logic levels regardless of LED drive current variations, unlike transistor-output optocouplers where CTR degrades over time and temperature.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
