The LY625128SL-55LL is a 1Mbit (128K x 8-bit) low-power CMOS SRAM from Lyontek Inc. operating at 3.0V to 3.6V with 55 ns access time. The byte-wide organization provides convenient 8-bit bus interfacing. Fully static operation, ultra-low standby current, and data retention down to 1.5V make it suitable for battery-backed embedded systems.

Fully static asynchronous SRAM. Six-transistor CMOS cells retain data without refresh. Read: CE# low, OE# low — data after 55ns. Write: CE# low, WE# low. Standby: CE# high — ultra-low power mode. Data retention at 1.5V supports battery backup.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
