The IS62WV102416GBLL-45TLI is a 16Mbit (1M x 16-bit) ultra-low-power asynchronous SRAM from ISSI, the highest-density device in their ultra-low-power async SRAM family. Operating at 2.2V to 3.6V with 45 ns access time, it features ~1.5 µA typical standby current and data retention down to 1.2V for years of battery-backed operation. The 48-pin TSOP I package provides the largest low-power async SRAM in this form factor.

Fully static asynchronous SRAM with 1M x 16 organization. LB# and UB# signals control individual byte lanes. Read: CE# low, OE# low — data after 45ns. Write: CE# low, WE# low with byte select. The ultra-low-power process achieves ~1.5 µA standby and 1.2V data retention, enabling coin-cell battery backup for extended periods.
