The LY62L12816ML-70LLI is a 2Mbit (128K x 16-bit) low-power CMOS SRAM from Lyontek Inc. with 70 ns access time, 2.7V to 3.6V supply, and industrial temperature range. It provides a mid-density option with byte control and ultra-low standby for battery-backed embedded applications.

Fully static asynchronous SRAM with 16-bit data bus and byte control. Read/write follow standard async SRAM timing with 70ns access. Data retention at 1.5V supports battery backup. Industrial temperature qualified for -40°C to +85°C operation.
