It features byte control via LB#/UB#, ultra-low standby current, and data retention down to 1.5V for battery-backed embedded applications.

Fully static asynchronous SRAM with 16-bit data bus. LB#/UB# control individual byte lanes. Read: CE# low, OE# low — data after 70ns. Write: CE# low, WE# low with byte select. Data retention at 1.5V supports battery backup operation in industrial temperature environments.
