The LUW CEUP.CE-6M8M-ebxD68 from ams-OSRAM is a SOLERIQ series compact LED module with multi-chip white LED array and integrated optical element. Delivering ~500 lumens at 350mA with CRI >80, it provides uniform illumination for general lighting. The integrated optic eliminates the need for external secondary optics, simplifying luminaire design.

The module contains multiple white LED chips mounted on a metal-core PCB (MCPCB) for efficient thermal management. The chips are connected in series-parallel configuration to match the ~18V forward voltage at 350mA drive current. The integrated optical element (TIR lens or reflector) mixes light from all chips and shapes the beam pattern for uniform far-field distribution. Thermal path from junction through MCPCB to luminaire heatsink maintains low junction temperature.
