The MCP6031T-E/OTVAO from Microchip is a single, high-precision operational amplifier with ultra-low 0.9 µA typical quiescent current and ±150 µV maximum offset voltage. The device operates from 1.8 V to 5.5 V single supply with rail-to-rail input and output swing. With a gain bandwidth product of 10 kHz and unity gain stability, it is designed for low-frequency precision applications such as battery current monitoring and sensor conditioning. The AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification makes it suitable for automotive applications in the -40°C to +125°C range.

The MCP6031 uses Microchip advanced CMOS technology providing low bias current (1 pA), high open-loop gain (115 dB typical), and rail-to-rail input/output operation. The ultra-low quiescent current is achieved through careful bias circuit design. The device maintains stability in unity gain configuration and does not exhibit phase reversal when the input is overdriven beyond the supply rails. The E temperature grade suffix indicates -40°C to +125°C operation.
