The SYR837 from Silergy is a 1.2A synchronous buck converter with wide 4-40V input range. Designed for automotive and industrial applications, it features internal compensation, synchronous rectification, and SOT-23-6 package for compact designs.

The SYR837 uses a current-mode control architecture with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. The 500kHz switching frequency balances efficiency and component size. Internal compensation simplifies design by eliminating external compensation components. The wide 4-40V input range supports 12V and 24V automotive/industrial buses directly.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
