The TLV62565DBVR from TI is a 1.5A step-down converter in SOT-23-5. With 2.7-5.5V input, 1.5MHz switching, and up to 95% efficiency, it provides compact power conversion for portable and embedded systems. The DBVR suffix denotes SOT-23-5 with 3kpcs tape and reel.

The TLV62565 uses a constant on-time (COT) control scheme with adaptive on-time for pseudo-fixed frequency operation. Synchronous rectification eliminates the external Schottky diode for higher efficiency. In power save mode (light loads), the switching frequency reduces to maintain efficiency. The 95% maximum duty cycle supports low dropout operation near the input voltage.
