The TSV912IQ2T is a rail-to-rail input/output dual CMOS operational amplifier from STMicroelectronics, offering an excellent combination of speed, precision, and low power consumption. The TSV912 operates through three key subsystems:

1. Input Stage: A rail-to-rail CMOS differential input pair uses two complementary input stages (PMOS and NMOS) that are active in different regions of the common-mode range, ensuring the input common-mode voltage extends from the negative rail to the positive rail. The CMOS input provides 1 pA typical bias current, enabling direct connection to high-impedance signal sources.

2. Gain and Compensation: The amplifier achieves 8 MHz gain-bandwidth product through a single-stage architecture with internal Miller compensation. The slew rate of 4.5 V/µs enables faithful reproduction of fast transient signals. The amplifier is internally compensated for unity-gain stability and can drive capacitive loads up to 100 pF without additional compensation.

3. Output Stage: A rail-to-rail CMOS push-pull output stage drives the output to within millivolts of both supply rails, maximizing dynamic range. The output can source and sink several milliamps, sufficient for driving ADC inputs and moderate impedance loads.
