The BCM6766A0KFEBG is a Wi-Fi 7 system-on-chip from Broadcom featuring a quad-core ARM v8 2.0 GHz CPU. It is the highest-performance variant in the BCM676x family, supporting tri-band tri-radio operation with independent RF chains for 2.4 GHz (2×2), 5 GHz (4×4 160 MHz), and 6 GHz (4×4 320 MHz), delivering a combined theoretical PHY rate of approximately 17.98 Gbps. The SoC integrates 2.4 GHz power amplifiers and supports MLO, SpeedBooster, and AFC for next-generation Wi-Fi 7 features.

The BCM6766 integrates a quad-core ARM v8 CPU running at 2.0 GHz for network stack processing and value-added applications. Three independent Wi-Fi 7 radio subsystems handle 2.4 GHz 2×2, 5 GHz 4×4, and 6 GHz 4×4 MIMO respectively. Each radio implements 802.11be MAC/PHY with OFDMA, MU-MIMO, and 4096-QAM. MLO enables simultaneous aggregation across all three bands for reduced latency and improved reliability. The integrated 2.4 GHz PAs reduce BOM cost. A network processing engine offloads packet forwarding from the CPU cores. The 10G Ethernet PHY provides multi-gigabit WAN/LAN connectivity.
