**Estructura del diodo TVS bidireccional:** El ESD7951 utiliza diodos Zener espalda con espalda en un único chip, lo que proporciona un bloqueo simétrico para transitorios de ESD positivos y negativos. En funcionamiento normal (tensión entre -VRWM y +VRWM), ambos diodos tienen polarización inversa y sólo consumen corriente de fuga (1 µA máx.).
