The onsemi FAN7888MX is a three-phase half-bridge gate driver IC designed for BLDC and PMSM motor drive applications. Housed in an SOIC-28 package, it provides three high-side and three low-side gate drivers with built-in dead time, shoot-through prevention, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and bootstrap diode functionality. The device operates from a single 15V supply and supports logic-level input interface from MCUs.
