The Micron MT25QL128ABA8ESF-0SIT is a 128Mb (16MB) SPI NOR Flash memory device with quad I/O (QPI) and dual I/O SPI interfaces in a 16-pin SOIC package. Operating at 3V (2.7V to 3.6V), it supports clock frequencies up to 133MHz for standard SPI and equivalent data rates of 532Mbps in quad I/O mode. The device features 4KB uniform sectors, 32KB and 64KB block erase, advanced sector protection, and a 30-year data retention specification. It operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
