The MT7697 integrates a 192MHz Cortex-M4F core with hardware floating-point unit for efficient signal processing. The WiFi subsystem handles MAC, baseband, and RF with on-chip PA/LNA. The radio supports station, softAP, and promiscuous modes. RTOS (FreeRTOS) provides multitasking. The NW (network) processor handles WiFi protocol stack independently, offloading the application core. Power management supports deep sleep with WiFi association maintained.
