PMOS pass element achieves low dropout. Error amplifier and trimmed bandgap reference maintain 3.3V output with ±2% accuracy. 40 µA quiescent current is independent of load, ideal for always-on battery systems. Current limit and thermal shutdown provide fault protection. EN pin enables/disables the output.
