The RC0402FR-07750RP from Yageo is an RC_L series general purpose thick film chip resistor in 0402 (1005 metric) package with 750kΩ resistance, ±1% tolerance, and 0.063W power rating. Constructed on a high-grade ceramic substrate with thick film resistive element, this resistor is laser-trimmed to the rated value and protected by a halogen-free epoxy overcoat. The Ni/Sn terminations provide excellent solderability and reliability. Suitable for all general purpose applications requiring cost-effective resistance.

The RC0402FR-07750RP thick film resistor provides 750kΩ resistance through a screen-printed thick film element on a ceramic substrate. The thick film process deposits a resistive paste that is fired at high temperature to form a stable resistive element. Laser trimming achieves the precise resistance value within ±1% tolerance. Current flowing through the resistor converts electrical energy to heat (limited to 0.063W maximum), while the ±100ppm/°C TCR characterizes resistance variation with temperature.
