The RC0603FR-07680KL from YAGEO is a 680kΩ ±1% thick film chip resistor in a 0603 (1608 metric) package. The E96 series 680kΩ value with ±1% tolerance provides precise resistance for high-impedance voltage dividers, battery monitoring, and low-power feedback networks. The 0603 package provides a 50V voltage rating, which is important for high-value resistors that may see significant voltage across them in divider circuits. The ±100ppm/°C TCR ensures reasonable stability over temperature.

The RC0603FR-07680KL uses a thick film resistive element (metal glaze on alumina) laser-trimmed to 680kΩ with ±1% tolerance. The high resistance is achieved through high-resistivity thick film paste and narrow, long resistive path geometry. The 0603 package provides a 50V voltage rating, higher than the 25V typical of 0402 packages, making it more suitable for voltage divider applications where significant voltage is dropped across the resistor.
