The Texas Instruments TLV9001SIDBVR is a single-channel, low-power, rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier in a 5-pin SOT-23 package. Optimized for cost-sensitive applications, it offers 1MHz gain-bandwidth product, 2V/µs slew rate, and only 60µA quiescent current per channel. The CMOS architecture provides low input offset voltage (±0.4mV typ), ultra-low input bias current (5pA), and rail-to-rail common-mode range. An integrated RFI/EMI rejection filter enhances noise immunity in harsh environments. The device operates from 1.8V to 5.5V and is unity-gain stable with resistive open-loop output impedance, enabling direct drive of capacitive loads up to 500pF.

The TLV9001 is a CMOS operational amplifier using a folded-cascode input stage with rail-to-rail input common-mode range achieved by two complementary differential input pairs (N-channel and P-channel) operating in parallel. The input stage includes an integrated RFI/EMI filter (low-pass at approximately 80kHz) to reject high-frequency interference before it reaches the sensitive input transistors. The output stage uses a class-AB topology with rail-to-rail output swing, achieving output voltages within millivolts of the supply rails. The resistive open-loop output impedance (rather than inductive) means the amplifier can directly drive capacitive loads without oscillation in most configurations. Unity-gain stability is achieved through internal Miller compensation. No phase reversal occurs under input overdrive conditions, a common failure mode in older CMOS op-amps.
