The Texas Instruments TPS25940LRPW is a 2.7V to 18V, 42mΩ electronic fuse (eFuse) with true reverse current blocking and DevSleep mode support for SATA SSDs. It provides programmable current limiting (0.6A to 5.3A), overvoltage/undervoltage protection, and power good/fault signaling. The device integrates back-to-back MOSFETs for bidirectional current control in a 20-pin VQFN package.
